What to send

- The carrier estimate, if one exists
- Invoices or job notes that support the scope
How it's documented
Every photo is reviewed before the first line is written. Invoices and the sketch support the scope; they don't replace the photos. If something isn't documented, it gets flagged and asked about instead of guessed at. Adjacent rooms get checked too, because continuous flooring, shared wall planes and neighboring ceilings are where scope is most often missed.

Questions
Do you write estimates from scratch or review existing ones?
Both. Send a new file with a sketch (ESX or Encircle access) and labeled photos, or send an estimate you already have for a line-by-line review.
