File requirements
Interior, mitigation and reconstruction files
- A sketch (required), either in ESX format or through access to your Encircle so we can import it into our system. We don't hand-draw sketches; that time goes to estimating.
- Photos labeled and organized by room (required).
Roof files
- Roof measurement report in PDF (required minimum).
- ESX roof sketch (preferred). Using Roofr? Its downloadable ESX file works as your roof sketch.
- Photos labeled and organized by elevation (required): front, rear, left, right, plus each slope.
The 72-hour guarantee starts once we receive a complete file.

Checklist
- Sketch in ESX format, or access to your Encircle so we can import the sketch into our system (required for interior, mitigation and reconstruction files)
- For roofs: a roof measurement report (PDF) at minimum; an ESX roof sketch is preferred
- Photos labeled and organized by room (for roofs: by elevation, front, rear, left and right, plus each slope) (required)
- Carrier estimate, if there is one
- Drying logs and invoices for water losses
- Anything specific you want reviewed
Using Encircle for sketches?
Give us access to your Encircle and we import the sketch straight into our system. No redrawing, no ESX export needed.
